Enrolment

How to enrol

In order to enrol, please contact the course tutor using the contact details provided with the course description.  You will need to pay the tutor directly in advance to book a place on the course, either by cheque or bank transfer or by PayPal.

There are three levels of fee for standard ten week courses:

  • Standard: £135
  • Concessionary: £115 – for senior citizens and the unwaged; proof required (at the discretion of the teacher).
  • Conway Hall Ethical Society members: £115.

There will be a maximum limit of five concessionary places on all courses. There will standardly be a maximum limit of two reduced fee places for Conway Hall Ethical Society members, but this may be waived at the discretion of the tutor.

Cancellations

If having enrolled for a course, you then want to cancel, you must contact the tutor at least two weeks before the course starts.  The tutor will then refund your fees, less an administration fee of 15%.  A student who withdraws subsequently will not be eligible for a refund, unless there are very special circumstances, in which case pro-rata refunds may be payable.

If a course does not run, then all fees received will be refunded in full.  If individual classes have to be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, then pro-rata refunds will be paid to students.

In all cases, refunds will be made by the tutor concerned.
